RETURN POLICY

  • All returns must be made within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • The items must be unopened and returned in their original packaging.
  • Absolutely no returns accepted on opened items.
  • Return Shipping is the customers responsibility

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, that is why we offer store credit only in cases which:

  • You are unsatisfied with the quality of your product

We pack every item with precision and care to ensure they arrive in good condition. However in the unlikely case that an item delivered is damaged please email us and let us know.

Please include the following:

  • include photos and a detailed description in your email so that our team can determine how to best lend a helping hand.
  • provide proof of purchase (e.g. your order number, order confirmation email)

You will be notified once your item has been inspected and approved. Your refund or store credit may take up to 5-7 business days to be processed.

 

Please note that once an order is placed, we cannot make any changes. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before submitting it to us.
