Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your label has been created. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive this email.

- Standard Shipping: $18 CAD — estimated 5–10 business days
- Free Shipping on orders over $200 CAD

Important Notice for US Customers — Import Duties & Tariffs
Herbs that Heal ships from Canada. Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or tariffs imposed by US authorities upon arrival.
Please note:
- The current US de minimis threshold is $800 USD — orders below this value are generally not subject to import duties. However, this threshold is subject to change by US government policy.
- Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges.
- We are unable to predict or control changes to US tariff or customs policy. We recommend checking with US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) if you have questions about duties on your order.
- Refused shipments due to unpaid duties will not be eligible for a refund of shipping costs.
