- Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis)
- Chamomile Flower (Matricaria recutita)
- Lavender Flower (Lavandula angustifolia)
- Oatstraw (Avena sativa)
- Linden Flower (Tilia cordata)
Directions
Add 1 tablespoon of herbs to 2 cups of hot water.
Cover and steep for 15–20 minutes.
Strain and drink 1–2 cups in the evening, 30–60 minutes before bed.
