Ingredients

Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis)
Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora)
Oatstraw (Avena sativa)
Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla)
Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum)
Rose (Rosa spp.)
Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata)

Directions

Add 1 tablespoon to 1 cup of boiling water. Steep for 15 minutes, then strain.

Enjoy 1–2 cups daily.
